​* Please note all Joodaboo orders are now only sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service, as this is the only service that provides compensation/ insurance when posting jewellery. This is a 1 day service and is the same as the Express Delivery service, that we used previously.

We aim to send out your order as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days of the order being placed and payment cleared.  You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

All delivery options require a signature upon receipt. Should you not be in at the time of delivery a collection card will be left providing you with the option to rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office. You will need to provide a proof of address to collect your parcel from the sorting office.
